Girls Show Off Their Skills at School Games Football Finals

Today over 250 girls took part in the Norfolk School Games Girls Football Finals at Goals Norwich. The girls were representing their school and local School Sport Partnership (SSP) at the county event. All of the teams had qualified to take part in the event by taking part in local competitions ran by each of the eight SSPs within Norfolk.

Jon Osborne, School Games Organiser commented:

“It has been brilliant to see how many schools have entered the Norfolk School Games Girls Football competitions this year. Across the county thousands of girls have represented their school in competitive matches against teams from other local schools. We hope that all of them have enjoyed the opportunity and have gone away keen to play more football!”
