Monday 26th February
Yr 5&6 Sportshall – The event will be taking place at the UEA Sportspark in halls 1-3. It will start at 9.30 and will be finished by 1pm.
Panathlon- The event will be taking place at The UEA Sportspark in halls 4&5. It will start at 9.30 and will be finished by 2pm.
Yr 1-2 Keysteps Gymnastics – The event will be taking place at The UEA Sportspark in the Spring Centre. It will start at 9.30 and will be finished by 3pm.
Yr 3&4 Sportshall – The event will be taking place at The UEA Sportspark in halls 1-3. It will start at 1.30 and will be finished by 4pm.
Please note, there will not be spectator car parking on site available however the Costessey park and ride service is available.
There will be refreshments available on the day from the café and sandwiches range from £2.50 to £3.50. The competitors should arrive in kit ready to compete. Parents are permitted to come and watch on the day, however, there will be a designated area for spectators in the viewing balcony. Please remain in this area throughout the event.
Wednesday 28th February
Yr 3-6 Cross Country– The event will be taking place at Holkham Hall. Cars are permitted to enter via the north gates. For Sat Navs, please use the postcode NR23 1RH. For cars bringing participants, a parking pass will need to be shown to car parking staff who will direct drivers to the drop off point. These can be obtained from the member of staff in charge of bringing participants.
Hot drinks will be available to purchase on the day, however competitors are advised to bring a packed lunch. The competitors should arrive in kit ready to run. We would recommend all athletes bring warm clothes and plenty to drink as they may be waiting around at times. Please encourage runners to bring warm clothes for before and after races.
We also advise all spectators to come prepared for poor weather.
PLEASE NOTE – We have no indoor space available for the duration of the event
If the weather is particularly poor we may have to cancel the event, this would however be in extreme circumstances. A final decision will be made on the afternoon of Monday 26th February 2018 to allow schools to receive this message.
Parents are welcome to come and watch on the day, however, there will be designated areas for spectators. We ask that you support us by remaining in the spectator area as directed by event staff. This is to safeguard all the children at our event.
Please also be advised that the grounds will be open to other visitors so it is highly like that there will be members of the public including dog walkers around on the day although the general public will be informed of the event via social media prior to the day.

11.10AM – COURSE INSPECTION YR 3 & 4 – Runners to meet on the warm up area (shown on the map) to walk the course as a guided group. No spectators to come on the course inspection please.
11.35AM – COURSE INSPECTION YR 5 & 6 – Runners to meet on the warm up area (shown on the map) to walk the course as a guided group. No spectators please to come on the course inspection please.
11.50AM – Year 3 Girl runners called for the start of their race. Runners leave all belongings in their area of the holding pens
12.00PM – Start of 1000m Year 3 Girls race. Year 3 Boy runners to be called for the start of their race. Runners leave belongings in their area
12.20PM – Start of 1000m Year 3 Boys race. Year 4 Girl runners to be called for the start of their race. Runners leave belongings in their area
12.40PM – Start of 1200m Year 4 Girls race. Year 4 Boy runners to be called for the start of their race. Runners leave belongings in their area
12.55PM – Start of 1200m Year 4 Boys race. Year 5 Girl runners to be called for the start of their race. Runners leave belongings in their area
13.10PM – Start of 1400m Year 5 Girls race. Year 5 Boy runners to be called for the start of their race. Runners leave belongings in their area.
13.25PM – Start of 1400m Year 5 Boys race. Year 6 Girl runners to be called for the start of their race. Runners leave belongings in their area
13.40PM – Start of 1600m Year 6 Girls race. Year 6 Boys runners to be called for the start of their race. Runners leave belongings in their area
13.55PM – Start of 1600m Year 6 Boys race. Runners leave belongings in their area. All runners to gather back in holding pens ready for departure.
Thursday 1st March
Yr 3-4 & 5-6 Girls Football Finals – The event will be taking place at Norwich Goals Football Centre, NR1 2GB. The competitors should arrive in kit ready to start at 10.30am and the event should finish at 4pm.
Limited parking is available on site, however signs will be displayed to direct spectators to other parking areas once capacity is reached. Tea, coffee and light snacks will be available to purchase on the day, however competitors are advised to bring a packed lunch. Please also be aware that the venue will be open to the public on the day.
Yr 7-9 Secondary Alternative Sports Day– The event will be taking place at Kaset, Kings Lynn on Thursday 1st March/Friday 2nd March. Please arrive at the venue at 9.30am and the event should finish at 4pm.
There is parking available on site. Tea, coffee and light snacks will be available to purchase on the day, however competitors are advised to bring a packed lunch. Please also be aware that the venue will be open to the public on the day.
Friday 2nd March
Yr 1-2 Kwik Cricket Festival – The event will take place at the UEA Sportspark in halls 1-3. It will start at 10am and will be finished by 2pm.

If you wish to take photographs at any of the events, you will need to register your device at the photo registration point before the start of the event and avoid taking photos of those wearing illuminous wristbands who do not have photographic permission. Please note that PRESS photographers will be at the event. Any parent who is not happy to have their child in PRESS photographs should inform their school and/or partnership team manager and this information will be passed on to the organisers at registration.
