Our first ‘This Girl Can’ Secondary Festival a great success!

Last Friday saw 4 of our North Norfolk Secondary schools attend a fantastic ‘This Girl Can’ event organised by Chloe Pedlow, School Games Organiser as part of our new approach to the level 2 school games for key stage 3 pupils.

The event aimed to help girls find new activities they would like to try again back at school. They each got to have a go at 4 different sports activities and say what they thought about each one.  Was it for them? Did they enjoy it? And would they do it again?

Leaders from Cromer Academy helped deliver the sessions of football and obstacle courses while coaches delivered karate and cricket.

Of course, there was lots of smiles and giggles whilst being physically active but they did manage the time to do a mannequin challenge brilliantly;
